Today is Test Day, where you will complete a series of drills and note your scores on the PDF provided in your team e-mail (and linked below). On the last day of 1 Month Mission, we will redo your Fit Test, and you will see how much your scores improve from committing to the program and giving me everything you have for 4 weeks!

*NOTE: Zoe’s form on the bands exercise is not where it should be yet. Over the course of the 4 weeks, Lacey is going to teach her to do these better. It’s better to do fewer repetitions with great form than more with bad form. On re-test day at the end of the month, Zoe should expect to do fewer reps with better form!

*NOTE: Jess is doing some exercises with full water bottles to show you that you can be creative in your home if you don't yet have all the recommended equipment. Because she is able to do so many reps, she definitely needs heavier weights in general. On re-test day, she'll use the same full water bottles so we have an accurate comparison, but keep this in mind as you decide to use either a band or alternative weight.
