1 MONTH MISSION COMPRISES:
- 2 HIIT bootcamps/week
- 3-4 days of body-part workouts and/or cardio per week
- 1-2 rest days/week
- Weekly Huddles

Today is Test Day, where you will complete a series of drills and note your scores on the PDF linked below. On the last day of 1 Month Mission, we will redo your Fit Test, and you will see how much your scores improve from committing to the program and giving me everything you have for 4 weeks!

Light Resistance Band
Bench or High Step (NOTE: depending on your height, you may need extra risers)
Heavy Dumbbell (optional)
