8 Weeks To Change
8 Weeks To Change is my longest form and most transformative camp of them all. Who's ready to go?! Camp includes:
-16 HIIT team workouts, released on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting 08/03
-Access to body-part specific workouts for non-team camp days (your pick for what to complete! I recommend 1-2 10-minute videos based on the areas you most want to burn out.)
-Community and discussion in the Forums
