Let's talk about proper form, guys. In everything you do, good form is crucial to better results and not getting hurt. In my workouts I have actual Los Angeles LSF campers in our workouts so sometimes their form is a bit off when I’m coaching you. I don’t think that’s necessarily bad because it’s real and you can learn how to do moves properly when I correct them. Learning how to work out properly is a skill, which is why having a good trainer is paramount to your success in the gym. In this video, you’ll learn the fundamentals of lifting form. Whenever you lift, I want you to remember these 4 key points to perfect form.
