1 Month Mission
-New 30-minute squad workouts will be posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays; you are free to complete them on your schedule!
-Huddles will be posted on Saturdays; we'll talk about all the fitness and wellness related questions that matter to YOU. Don't miss them!
-3-4 days a week, go into the body-part specific workouts and choose 2-3 videos focused on the areas you most want to burn out! I recommend choosing a Cardio Dance video + 1 area.
-Make sure to take at least 1 rest day each week.
